The whole, "Asha'rah does the bare minimum and gets PL boosted higher than everyone else" has gotten pretty grating, tbh.

She kind of absorbed a good chunk of Creational energy from her alternate.

It's been a recurring thing, honestly.

Most notably during the last timeskip. She sat in front of the sun for a few months, while just about everyone else was busting their butts training, and she ended up with the highest PL, until the humans drank a PL boosting soup.

To be fair I have been treating her as different due to her ‘type/station/race’, kind of like Saiyans who are going to start pulling away from the pack now that SSJ has been unlocked.

I mean that SSJ boost is barely x5.

If the idea is that it'll scale up the more they refine it, that's one thing ... but as it is now, several other PC are able to boost themselves higher than that. The idea that Asha'rah is simply 'better' than everyone else though, regardless of what other people do, or how they train is also just ... a slap in the face to anyone who didn't play 'God'.

I suppose I was going more with an in story reason for the boosts, but I can see your POV.

Well that's fine ... but looking at it from a story perspective, especially after the Jagam fight:

1. Everyone else does the heavy lifting.
2. Asha'rah shows up and either a) takes the kill (Hammer, Luop), or b) says one thing.
3. She gets boosted higher than everyone else.

Think the Fire World upset people from another angle too, since it was effectively just a way to power up Asha'rah further. Which is fine, story reasons and all, and the Evil Etrina timeline was for much the same purpose ... but it can definitely sour things, when everyone else does the work, and the one who said "Hi", gets the reward.
