She's an NPC by Bruce's own declaration, though.

Yeah, normally anyone relegated to NPC status won’t get as boosted as everyone else. However, if they did something significant (like Samson Balon or Althena has) I’ll give them a more prominent boost.

Hmm...I'd like to advocate for Held not only for the tag-team with Blizzar and Althena against Incenio-1, but also how his performance against Incenio-2, keeping him from dropping the Death Ball by chucking all the weapons he found in the vault long enough for the others to coordinate a maneuver. Along with these absurd Bullseye-tier shenanigans, his bathroom break kicked off the whole trek into the horror-science lab in the first place, IIRC.

For my guy, I won't claim the Spirit Bomb launch as a task to be rewarded since that's rather against the technique's nature, though I will point out Ochazuke's been investigating the battlefields to gather the resource base - most recently including Glacia's corpse - to track down the Doctor ever since the Chaff first appeared.

New tech for Parsley!

Observational Insight: Through constant use and specified mental training, Parsley's focus has evolved to be more encompassing. Observational Insight is the natural expansion of Observational Focus, and allows Parsley to measure the varying Ki resonances that linger after a past event to view that event in her mind as if it was happening in real time right in front of her. Within her mind, she can manipulate the scene as if she was really there, but can in no way actually change the outcome. She can observe events from as far back as a week with perfect clarity. Any further than that and the images she renders are fuzzy and blurry.

And one for Sarada!

Saiyan Grit: A passive ability that personifies the Saiyan fighting spirit and resiliency, Saiyan Grit is a slight healing and restorative ability. Whenever a Saiyan receives a grievous injury, this passive activates, healing the injury and restoring stamina loss due to injury to allow the Saiyan to continue fighting as if the injury never happened. Note: This ability does not restore stamina drained from fighting, nor does it regrow severed limbs. Rather, it stops the bleeding, closes cuts.

A new technique for Sasheem. Saving his last tech slot for later

Sunken Fangs- A combination of Sasheem's Snake School fighting Style and natural Majin ability, Sasheem's limbs can detach and continue on fighting after having done so. Sasheem can detach nine limbs in total, with his arms still being able to inject Venom Mist and other poisons despite their lack of attachment to Sasheem's body.

Lights Out: A two-fisted, in-your-face double blast. In an attempt to use her magic more offensively, she tries combining it with Ki. Her left hand summons a hard-light based magic blast, her right a strong ki blast. Basing this on her Braided Blast, she merges the two, weaving them together to form a brightly exploding blast that hits Twice, like Two Fists slamming into her target. In addition to a long-distance punch that can, potentially, knock a target unconscious. It can also, potentially, blind a target by affecting their optic nerves.
