    By small, I mean really small. And sure, why not? We've seen weirder things in this RPG.

    It's basically Krillins' Solar Flare, only with the addition of actual Heat as well as light, and bumped up a few levels.

    The image is one of the Elemental Spirits of the Horse Clan, the Spirit of the Storm. If it happens to look like something else, that's just coincidence.

    And no, the Coldlight isn't destroyed, not yet. Dash is stil fighting to save it, though she could use some help.
