Doing Post-Timeskip Pls doesn't make since unless you've got specific details on everyone's post timeskip plans and can approximate a PL based off of that information. Plus, we can't at all argue for PL fixes/changes based off of things that haven't happened yet.

PLs leading into the timeskip would be nice though.

While I personally wouldn't mind waiting, it'd be easier to account for the actions of player characters while the memories are relatively fresh.

An innate power that Rex possessed since birth, allowing him to consume and absorb most forms of energy, whether that energy is consumed from projectile blasts or the very flesh from which its produced.

Tithe To The STRONGEST
Those whose energy has fed Rex previously find themselves more susceptible to future feedings, as Rex can drawn forth their energy from their bodies through concentration.

Atomic Breath
A technique developed through Charco's ability to catch and release foreign energy (such as the KameTyrannoHa) and its combination with the ParaSHOUTolophus. By performing the latter in defense of an enemy's ki technique, Rex can shape and expel the energy back with a roar of destruction.

Yucatan Crash
Similar to the Genki Dama/Spirit Ball, this requires a great deal of focus and concentration as Rex funnels a planet's worth of negative energy into a single ball of Fukushuu to rain down destructive power.

Tricera Bash
A two-step attack in which Rex skewers an opponent with three beams of energy fired from his index and middle fingers and thumb. Once held in place, Rex fires a second blast which uses the beams as guiding rails, ensuring a guaranteed hit.

Megalo Cannon
Before the realization of Fukushuu, this was Rex's primary attack of choice. Beginning as two beams of energy, one from each hand, Rex combines them into a ball of energy which is joined by a third blast from his mouth, launching it towards the opponent.
