Since Ishtar will be getting/already has an upgraded prosthetic, I feel it required taking up a technique slot. So !

Technique #20:

Vide Noir - The new prosthetic provided by Jinzi Pantaloons, was improved upon in more ways than one. Foremost of the changes however, was the incorporation of Marduk's former arm and its strange properties. Revealed to be a gateway to a pocket dimension void of anything; the arm -- now a part of Ishtar's own -- allowed one to 'open' it to absorb incoming energies. This effect however, is limited in Ishtar's prosthesis and requires that she be able to 'grab' the energies she seeks to absorb. A secondary property of this effect however, also allows the arm to subvert barriers, wards, and energy constructs. Though similarly, this effect is limited in what it is capable of bypassing, and the 'barrier' cannot surpass Ishtar's own PL.
