Special: Gallows Lord has hyper enhanced senses, and is immune to telepathic assault. His were form is also immune to magical manipulation.

History:

The Gallows Lord hails from Universe 18, the oldest and near dead universe. A noble of some sort, though of what nature remains secret, he has long sought his old nemesis, Sihn, to answer for an ancient grudge. Recently freed to walk the other universes Sihn watches over, the Gallows Lord works with Lord Forger and the other Ulthan to help them gain their desires, all to the end of confronting and killing Sihn finally.
