What do you mean "ever since Flash: Rebirth"? (Flash: Rebirth was a Flash fiasco.)

I mean exactly what I said. When Barry was back in Final Crisis I grimaced since it was just another example of inane Silver Age restoration for the sake of inane Silver Age restoration (as Carmine freakin' Infantino so wisely said about Barry's death during Crisis: "where's the problem? Don't you have another Flash to play with?") but I tried to keep a somewhat open mind, hoping that maybe there was a way to get something worth reading out of the return of uncle Barry.

Then I saw Van Sciver's b&w pages for Flash: Rebirth featuring a Barry Allen wearing a leather jacket strutting around like a very Aryan Fonzie knock-off and I realized that it was even worse than I initially thought.
