I can see him doing a World War Wakanda type of event that affects the universe but not a mini series on Black Panther.

You don't think he could do a contained T'Challa centric story that doesn't require Wakanda get put through the ringer? My knowledge on him is limited but he seemed solid. Atleast on some of the DD stuff I saw

Besides what The Cool Thatguy has said, Millar has also been shown to have quite a tin ear for writing non-white characters. I also wouldn't put it past him include rape camps like Coates did and execute that idea in a much worse way.

Ah I see. Well maybe it's best he didn't make the cut. But Al Ewing, and Hickman would be good writer's.
