The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Loki is set right after the first Avengers movie, but i guess one would watch it after Endgame.

Black widow made $39m friday. Looks like it will make $90m in america this weekend!

i just saw yesterday that Disney Plus actually has a section for "mcu in chronological order" where it lists the movies in timeline order.

I'll tell you what.

The constant MCU lately from WV to FalWS to Loki to BW made it so I have no urgency whatsoever to go see Black Widow.

Will I see it? 100% absolutely.

But I am behind in Loki to begin with and at this point just waiting for teh finale so I can binge. Then, I'll get around to BW after I watch some old MCU movies first.

I've been at opening weekend for every marvel movie since Thor, so this is really weird.

Part of it is the constant stream, part of it is that this is a prequel so isn't like I am "late" to anything new, part of it may be the depressing black panther situation.

Whatever it is, instead of "must watch" im just like "i'll get there"


Oh, Avengers actually looked really good in 4K... watched it on Disney+ instead of my blu-ray and it was so much more crisp.

My theory about What If is that Utau is forced to create the Guardians of the Multiverse (Captain Carter, Supreme Strange, Star Panther, King Killmonger, Empress Gamora, Party Thor and MZ Black Widow) to deal with the threat of both the Marvel Zombies and Ultron-Vision from consuming every universe. Sounds like a fun setup and effectively gives us the MCU version of the Exiles.

We appear to be getting both a Doctor Strange Spider-Man and the still scrawny Steve Rogers as a retro Iron Man, plus apparently Tony Stark on Sakaar instead of Hulk and the head of Ant Man (who I assume is from the Zombies universe). But the ones I mentioned above appear to be part of the actual team.

No, I hate it.

Why? It's one of the most outdated and unnecessary superhero tropes IMO
