I thought it was gonna be the stinger at the end to make the general audience go "oh ****"

instead, there was just a mediocre "joke" that basiclaly said, "THIS IS MCU GUYS!"

All this speculation over Evangelline tagging Corey Stoll on IG. It could just be that she liked working with him on the first one and tagged him because they are friends and all this speculation was for nothing. Or he is in it but it's a cameo appearance because the film involves time travel.

Or it is like Karl Urban mentioning Gary Mitchell with regards to Cumberbatch's character...it is a misdirect.

I liked the teaser. It did what it was supposed to. Get me intrigued and want more information. And no, I was not expecting to see a Celestial in this trailer. I think we might get a peak in the next trailer though. I think this movie's gonna be great.

The cinemtagrophy and effects look beautiful.

Is that old school Black Knight at 1:12? And a Deviant at 1:19?

It looks like Sersi and Ikaris is basically Sersi and Makkari in that they've been these centuries-spanning lovers who eventually drifted apart, while I guess Dane is her current boyfriend?

"Captain Rogers" Feels so much more clunky than just calling him Captain America, especially when Sprite uses "Iron Man.

Guess it's continuing that Phase 4 myth arc of the future of The Avengers...

Oh that teaser got me excited for this movie! This is going to be a good year for Marvel.

The gag at the end was pretty fun. However I'm still lukewarm on the film. Maybe another trailer will change my mind. It would've been cool if the Eternals popped up post Infinity War but before Endgame. It could've been a fun way to explore the post-Snap world.

It would’ve been cool but no one would have known who they were, what they could do, and their whole mythology. It’s why they didn’t let Whedon just plop Captain Marvel at the end of Age of Ultron. It wouldn’t make sense... the audience would go “Who???”

I just meant set the Eternals film in that gap. We explore the post snap Earth through the Eternals and vice versa.

maybe closer to the release there will be another trailer that has a little more action.

This time around, I'm glad that they didn't go the Fast & Furious route of more or less spoiling the biggest action part of the climax, with 5 months to go until it comes out. (and with the inevitable response of those who don't like how it looks nitpicking things to death and pre-claiming failure leading into the actual release, lol)


Have I missed something, is Zuras not addressed in this film at all? Hmm..

The YouTube comments are gold. Many are wondering how Marvel can have a race of super-OP individuals who did nothing to stop the devastation of Thanos. Or how Sersi narrates how they "never interfered" yet instigated key moments in history.
