WandaVision ranks third among streaming shows. Since the Falcon show is more traditional Marvel action, I expect that it will do better.

Marvel saw that staying true to the roots of a series and making sure that there are people of color not only in front of the camera but behind it as well worked so well for Black Panther that it isn't surprising that they are looking to try and make that lightning strike twice.

These other mcu marvel films by the way will have poc behind the camera(directors/writers) as well before the blade rebooted film.

I'm just a little confused as to why the Illuminerdi is reporting this as a recent thing. Didn't we see this same casting call a while back already, and it was already speculated that it was for Clea? Why would they be casting for a leading lady NOW when the movie has already started shooting? I would imagine if Clea is there in a major role, she would've been cast by now, wouldn't she?

You probably know that Rachael McAdams is cast in Dr. Strange 2, reprising her role, whether or not she is involved with Strange romantically.

Disney announced Thursday that its flagship streaming service, Disney Plus, hit nearly 95 million subscribers in the first quarter of 2021.

The world's biggest entertainment company revealed in an earnings report that it gained 21.2 million sign-ups on Disney Plus, hitting 94.9 million subscribers in the first quarter this year ending January 2.

Shares in Disney climbed around 2% in after-hours trading on Thursday.

The streaming service exceeded the company's goal of reaching 60 million to 90 million subscribers by 2024 in November. Disney aims to have up to 260 million subscribers by 2024.
