Is heat vision that useful given that Thor stood in that forge blast using the star? Second, Supergirl has been punched out by strong folks so is Thor strong enough?
Supergirl also has been affected by massive electrical hits - that's a Thor thingee. Now with speed not equalized, she can blitz him and toss him.
If he had Stormbreaker and equal speed (not the scenario), she's in trouble.

Actually, speed equalized, I think he does win. Not entirely sure how many combat speed feats she has.

Some things Supergirl has going for her.
Lifted a 1 million ton space station into space and hurled it so far into space it ended up orbiting another star. (episodes - Better Angels, Fort Rozz)
Survived a nuclear explosion in space (Crisis on Earth-X part 4)
Thunderclap (Crisis on Earth-X part 1)
Defeated Non is a battle of heat visions (Better Angels)
Defeated Superman in a fair fight (Nevertheless, She Persisted)
Vulnerabilities. Tends to be disabled by electrical jolts (Livewire). Sometimes knocked unconscious by large enough explosions (Girl of Steel). Lacks endurance in a long, sustained fight (Red Faced, Reign)
Kryptonite and a red sun aren't things Thor would have on hand so can be ignored.
