Can the T-850 model solo the Westworld host?
I need your clothes, you boots, and your horse drawn buggy.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

The hosts of Westworld are built to look, act and bleed just like humans. They have no real advantage over even a single Terminator save for numbers. Their weapons are even less effective than modern firearms would be. The Terminator has all the advantages in this scenario.
They do have at least slight superstrength and speed. While they have blood, they only care about that blood when programmed to. One of them was so full of holes that milk spilled out of him when he drank it. When not programmed to shut down after a certain amount of blood loss, they can simply ignore bleeding. It's really kind of ambiguous and inconsistent exactly how much damage they can take and keep functioning when not programmed to "die" after taking what would be lethal damage to a human.
The first Terminator had a semi-truck blow up all around it and walked out of it with a limp. Dynamite only worked when it was shoved directly into its ribcage.
The third Terminator, which I believe is the T-850 specified by the OP, rode on a construction crane directly through a block or so of buildings and I think maybe he lost his shades.
Now I checked out of West World after S1, but relative to this the Hosts were rather squishy.
Maeve and the "zombie" host can utilize their control to cause every other host to bumrush the T850 simultaneously with everything they've got. No idea if that will be enough to put him down or not.
Also, re: bleeding, the more self aware they are, the more damage they can ignore.
