Don't know if this has been done or not. The two Potara fusions face off in Khazan. Standard rules.
EDIT: Fusions are permanent in case that becomes an issue.

Which Vegito specifically?
DBS Vegito stomps, but DBZ Vegito on the other hand gets spitestomped.
Assuming current versions.
Goku and Vegeta are in general stronger and more experienced than Kale and Caulifla, so Vegito is going to be stronger and more skilled than Kale.
She can make a match of it me thinks, but Vegito takes it in the end.
Assuming this is Vegeto from the Zamasu arc (last time we saw him for feats) and not an hypothetical post ToP Vegeto;
Vegeto ran out of energy really fast - not just a matter of the fusion timer, but it was specifically noted afterward that Goku and Vegeta were both out of juice because the Final Kamehameha took everything.
Comparatively Kefla constantly gained more energy somehow.
So basically it comes down to if Vegeto can take out Kefla in the first few trades, and I don't really like his chances.
Kale is a super food.
Clearly this resulted in the fusion becoming some kind of super battery.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

Yes, this was meant to be the Vegito from DBS.
Goku and Vegeta were also running near empty before they fused and having to dump their power into a much more powerful opponent, assuming that’s not the case here and without the time limit they should smoke Kefla
I mean they’re dramatically stronger by definition considering how much faster they burned their time limit up

Yeah they both eat a bean seconds before fusion.
Shoulda waited to fuse and then eaten just 1! Tsk tsk

Oh yeah you're right, Vegeta munches it right as he puts the potara on
Ah here we go though, Shin in episode 67 specifically says Vegito using the final kamehameha is what drained all their energy, so it's not the form itself, but that specific attack
Honestly, I'm betting on the one that has mattered Super Saiyajin, gained God Ki, has a wider and deeper skill set, and can be pretty sneaky when they want to be.
Everytime I see Kelfa, I think it's saying Kefka from Final Fantasy III.
The MunchKING is Back! And he is AWSOME!
You forget that the ToP operates on Freeza Time whereas the Zamasu arc never really mentioned doing so. I'd have to double check but I don't think the Kefla fight lasted more than a few minutes, most of which they spent powering up.
To say nothing of the hilarious unreliableness of trying to use that factor to assess power when we don't know what actually causes the defusion. For example, was it Vegeto being so strong, or Vegeto having burnt through all his energy?
I wasn't talking about the form, just that Vegeto in general apparently burns through his energy super fast.
