Maybe the file was Quicksilver and this will be used to undo the retcon. Tony said it came from the X-database and maybe Sinister had him categorized under there bc of his connection to Magneto and/or X-Factor. If this revelation is tied to him, that could get them to prompt another look into his genetics to confirm that he is in fact a mutant

There is no mole. Sinister just planted that little nugget of misinformation (and a few others...) in his files to mess with anyone who hacked him.
If the X-Men tear each other apart looking for an imaginary mole, and go all j'accuse and don't trust each other, well, that's just icing on the cake.
It's someone who didn't make it into the Uncanny X-Men Disassembled teaser which means it's...
*spins a roulette*
Pyro II
Sucks to suck.
for story reasons... I'd want it to be:
Beast - which is why his body keeps changing with his experiments... unstable.
Rachel - Sinister's insistence on the Summers/Grey DNA... and then Rachel returned. The Phoenix also didn't run back to her...
Pyro II - would add some spice to Iceman's story, but is it shocking?
As for who I wouldn't want:
Gambit - makes too much sense... Not shocking enough.
Psylocke - with whats going on with her... too easy of a twist. Not shocking enough.
Hope - you'd think the Phoenix force would see that... when it came for her. Could be shocking.
Firestar - was first recruited by Emma Frost and became a Hellion. Sinister would have to wait a long time to infiltrate the Xmen considering she was technically a rival. Is it shocking enough? Or just confusing?
Storm - just stop messing with her... vampire, de-aged mutate, hammer-wielder, goddess, avenger... meh.
Banshee - would be... not interesting enough of a story.
Just don't let it be adult Jean Grey. What a slap in the face it would be to her fans.
Storm: Been there done that in X-men Forever: epic fail
Rachel: unfortunately would make sense after the way she has been treated as of late
Gambit: too predictable
Hope: That would be shocking and Bishop's reasons for trying to kill her would make sense
Nightcrawler: It wouldn't make any sense
Iceman: same as Nightcrawler
Kitty: Now that would be the shocker right there

Two longtime characters with a story rationale I could see:
Psylocke: Her twin brother isn’t a mutant, she and her siblings may have been bioengineered at Merlyn’s request, psychic abilities aren’t unusual among Otherworlders (which her father was one), her joining the X-Men was revealed to have been manipulated by Roma in order to ensure Excalibur’s formation, put these things together and there’s a solid case Betsy could not be a mutant but may have been made to appear one to further Merlyn and Roma’s plans.
Rachel: This one’s iffier but if they went ahead with Claremont’s original intended origin for her she’s essentially a (baby) cosmic force thinking it’s a human. There also a dangler from way back where Moira noticed something unusual and alarming in Rachel’s DNA that was never revealed.
The next person who says Psylocke, I am going to get the admins involved.
