Default How do you store your omnis? Vertically or laying flat?

Hey guys! I've learned that oversized HC books tend to break over time if stored vertically due to its weight. It is also advisable to lay the books flat at a certain point. Is this true? Please share your experiences.

I store mine vertically. Trying to get a book out from the bottom of a stack sounds like a huge pain. I'm not going through that hassle.

Vertically. I don't really care if it breaks 60 years from now when I'm dead.

    Yeah
But just make sure there is no open space for the book to venture or else it will continue to do so until it touches something or splits
That is why (I assume) Libraries and people with books in cases use book ends.
