I would say both are already back in the X-men fold as of this year. Gambit is a regular in Red and both have been semi-regulars in Gold

And they were in Astonishing.

I don't hate the NXM re-designs. They get the job done. But they're really not all that badass or imaginative. In particular, all I can think of with Rockslide's fiery design here is that he looked cooler/more intimidating that time he reformed from Limbo rock.



Bat-wings = evil Pixie has been done before too. But whatever. They're a couple of alt-universe toss-offs, so I guess there's only so much time the artists want to spend on them.

They're all pretty awful, though we could be precluding context based on the story. Most likely they'll be an in story reason for the gaudy and ornate costumes.... hopefully.

It seems that KT has confirmed Rogue and Gambit aren't involved with Disassembled AT ALL on her tumblr.

Seriously, that sucks.Was hoping him being central (ish) on the promo art he might have had a bit of a role.

Think it's been 10+ years since Gambit has had a decent role in an X-men event.

that seems obvious but you're missing X-23, Iceman and arguably Jubilee.
