If it was up to me I'd combine all the Cheetahs into one character. Kinda similar to what Johns did, but I'd have her be a century old, using different identities at different time periods.

Maybe Priscilla is much older. She would sacrifice a person to keep herself young.
Keeping the Purple Ray to themselves is just incredibly selfish of the Amazons.
Keep in mind that you have about as much chance of changing my mind as I do of changing yours.

What discipline kept them from over-population? In most versions there weren't any men around so they could be as undisciplined as they liked about sex and birth control without worrying about overpopulation.Unless they're concerned about overpopulation by people that they know (from hard experience) lack their discipline.
If they're really concerned about overpopulation, then educating women and improving financial security for people throughout the world should be the goal. That leads to lower birthrates. Well, that and empowering women, but that's a given for Amazons.
To be honest in the golden age. They could just make children out of clay. I do think some Amazons should have children. It shouldn't be big. Just a small number. In terms of the purple healing ray or any other amazonian tech. I feel maybe the way to balance it out. Is due to the Amazons and Man's world have their own chemicals and how the amazons made their tech is different certain things don't work right
I mean with their tech an amazon who wanted kid could easily do it. I mean science is coming closer to making female eggs without needing sperm.

Would Veronica Cale becoming the new Cheetah be such a bad thing? I think the characters complete each other, in many respects? Minerva lacks a motivation that I can make any sense of, and Cale lacks the it-factor, like a super-power, that makes her special ..or not dull.
Is it so important that Diana has a Cheetah, whom she can empathize with? The thing about Cheetah being 'the one soul, Diana couldn't save' isn't so moving that I can't imagine a Cheetah, without it.
There's been Priscilla Rich, Debbie Domaine, Bar Minerva...one more gonna hurt anything?

COMBINING THE BIGBADITUDE OF THANOS WITH CHEETAH'S FEROCITY, IS JANUS WONDER WOMAN'S GREATEST SUPERVILLAIN?...on WONDABUNGA!!! Look alive, Kangaliers!

I mean the two are still different characters. Cale could work for cheetah but there is no reason for her to be Cheetah
How hard should it be to kill a regular Amazon? Dc seems to love killing them off so much.

I don't trust a Wonder Woman story about Nazis because superhero writers more often than not treat Nazis as just another cartoonish supervillain rather than practitioners of an absolutely hateful and monstrous ideology.
If we work with the idea of Cheetah being able to infect others, then maybe some people WANT the power that comes with it?
moderately superhuman. Even assuming they're demi-gods, they're more human than god.How hard should it be to kill a regular Amazon? Dc seems to love killing them off so much.
True but in order to get that power, I do think it should killing Cheetah to get her powers. In terms of being super heroes what range should be their strength. Maybe being able to carry a tank? Or maybe an elephant. In terms of killing them maybe bullets can kill them but it takes more than just one to kill them
I'd put them roughly on MCU Captain America levels. They're above human ability, but no so far beyond us they're impossible to defeat.
Able to bend a rifle's barrel, leap across a battlefield, outrun any mortal, keep fighting long after anyone else would've fallen, and defeat half a dozen highly trained soldiers on their own. But not bulletproof, not indomitable. I'd say a typical Amazon should be worth about ten men.
