Default Would You Read A Superman Lives Comic Adaptation?

Suppose that DC decides to publish a comic with the story that would unfold in Tim Burton's Superman Lives. With Brainiac, the Spider monster, Cage Superman and all.
    Would you read it?

After I watched that documentary I was very glad the real film never happened. But I've read comic book versions of other failed projects and enjoyed them so this is worth a shot too.

At first, this sounds like a great idea, not just for this story but for a series of other stories that have fallen by the wayside over the years. However, as I think about it more deeply, it seems that there would be all kinds of legal issues and possible royalty payments that would make it too difficult for DC. And even if the guys on the comic book end of things wanted to do it and could find a way over the legal and financial hurdles, there might be people higher up at WB that would veto the project.

    This.

Also, if Nick Cage's likeness isn't used for Superman its a no go. Go all in!
When it comes to comics, one person's "fan-service" is another persons personal cannon. So by definition it's ALL fan service. Aren't we ALL fans?
SUPERMAN is the greatest fictional character ever created.
