question about Superman Vol. 6: Imperius Lex (Rebirth)

I just bought and read this paperback. I loved it.
The cover (by Ryan Sook, I believe) shows Steppenwolf.
The text on the back (by some intern probably) mentions Steppenwolf.
I finished reading the book and thought to myself, I don't remember any Steppenwolf in this.
So I flipped back through the whole thing page by page and I am pretty sure he is not in it. Am I crazy?

I think he had an appearance, but he really wasn't a big part of the plot. I'll check out my issues in a few hours too, because it really wasn't anything by which I can swear.
