I hope when this story is over they somehow break the ability to travel through time/realities. There's no rules to it, every other story is about it, and it's just corny.

Here's to stories about the present and immediate future of the X-Men for a good, long while after this.

Bloodstorm has been a stand out in Blue. She's been one of their heavy hitters since she joined, she humiliated like half of Generation X in the time travel arc, Magneto gave her and Jimmy black ops assignments, she was part of Lorna's substitute team. She hasn't gotten a ton of character development, but to be fair no one but Magneto, Scott, Jean and Hank has in 30 odd issues.

Lies. Why bring her in, do basically nothing with her, and then just kill her for some cheap thrills? Racist. Misogynistic. Wasteful. Lazy storytelling.

Racist is a stretch. You're telling me you didn't expect Bloodstorm to die the second she became a 'permanent' member? ... Why not? They only added her because they liked having a Storm approximate but didn't have the range to actually think up of a story, and no reason to add the real one to the team. Thank god she's gone, no more vampires.

I thought I was the only one who remembered Jeen being in college. The O5 ages have not been consistent or drawn consistent at all. Scott looked like he was 15 in Champions.

No one seems to remember anything, anymore. Just grasping in the dark.

Jeen in university? I thought the O5 are teens? Like 16/17

How old is the adult Jean?

Teens can be in uni when they're seventeen which is absolutely the oldest that the O5 can be. Also, you guys gotta remember age retcons. Warren, Jean, and Scott were 16 now when they became X-Men. Bobby was 13 or 14. Hank was 18.

Adult Jean's age is... complicated. Chronologically if it's been 15 years since the X-Men formed she's 31, but she didn't age when she was in the healing cocoon (which has her at least at a year younger than Scott and Warren) and it's debatable if she was brought back at the age that she would be since years have passed when sh died, so she could be even younger.

And then there's the fact that she spent over a decade in the future raising Cable in another body...

Let's pretend Bendis is more important than Stan in regards to their ages, and even if they were just 16 or 17 when Hank brought them to the future/present, surely they've been here for a while now? Secret Wars explicitly adds 16 months, surely a few months have elapsed since 2012 for them anyways, so they should easily be 18-20 by now.

Also, Jean, even if she was only 15, should be full grown already. I can't stand when they make this huge size difference between her and adult Jean. Let's pretend Jean is only in her late 20's/early 30's as would be standard Marvel protocol, teen Jean should still be full grown if she's well past pubescence, which as a fully manifested mutant she obviously is. It would be one thing if she was still supposed to be, like, 10 or 11, but as a teenager should she be about full grown already.

eeeh! That’s messy. How is that possible? If she’s 31 , does that mean she was raising cable in the apocalyptic future at 21.
Man that’s complicating. Shouldn’t have asked xP

1). Fans cry endlessly about AU characters and how they are ruining the X-experience.

2). Marvel says OK and openly advertises a series of events to rid the universe of junk

3). Said event does what it says it would do

4). Fans cry cause said AU people die

    5). Profit??

You have much to learn, child.

Scott and Jean got married in the early 90's, just as Cable was being revealed to have been Nathan Christopher Summers, Scott's child born to Maddie in Uncanny X-Men #200(back in the mid 80's), who Scott and Jean(resurrected a few years later for X-Factor) had raised in the present(in X-Factor) once Maddie was revealed to be a clone of Jean created by Mr. Sinister, who was breeding a weapon against his evil master Apocalypse(Nathan is the weapon, as a combination of Scott and Jean's power potentials). Apocalypse infects baby Nathan with the techno-organic virus(connected to Magus and Warlock's Technarchy race?), which is slowly by surly killing him. Mother Askani(aka Scott and Jean's alternate future daughter, grown up in the future-future) offers a possibility of the child living in the future, so Scott hands him off(latest 80's/earliest 90's X-Factor). When Scott and Jean get married in the 90's, at let's say aged 25, they are psychically flung into the future to raise baby Nathan to a young teen(for 10 years), so when they come back to their 90s bodies, they have an extra decade of life experience in their minds. Soon after that Apocalypse merges with Scott, body and soul, and then Jean has to rip them apart. Scott is forever changed and then you pick up at Morrison's run.

She and Scott were taken out of their own heads and implanted into two clone bodies in Cable's future (Slym and Redd) by Rachel in order to raise him. So, mentally, Jean and Scott are about twelve years older than they really are.

Also the O5 are largely drawn how actual teens look these days, guys...
