This wouldn't include Spidey just being on someone else's cover. It does a good job of covering Spidey's series, but not necessarily Spidey in particular. Originally Posted by Shalla Bal

A good philosophy, indeed. I am certainly not trying to ruin or mock anybody. My tone is that of a mischievous participant pushing envelopes and stretching rules. My take on Rule 7 is one that defending use of a cover is different than arguing against it. LOL, yeah I kinda figured that eventually people would split hairs about my OP. (btw great, funny graphic, Kirby101. So over the top, it made me laugh, thank you!)
Folks, sorry for the brouhaha. When I stated "No Spider-Man covers" I meant no Spidey period, but in re-reading my post (thanks to Capt "That Guy" Cleghorn's strategic excerpts), I can see why that may not have been crystal clear. My apologies.
