CBR ran a feature last week titled "When Wonder Woman Had a Gremlin as a Cast Member," and while the feature is largely positive, I was reminded how much I disliked that character & its origin.

And I found myself, decades later, again wondering what on Earth compelled Mishkin to create Glitch the Gremlin. Has anyone ever read an interview in which Mishkin talks about it?

I know writers sometimes tailor story lines to play to an artist's strengths, and I wonder if Mishkin was trying to play to Don Heck's art (which also drove me crazy on the WW title) - light, sunny, fun, undemanding?
