Also it's debatable if Broly acutely is a galaxy buster, since the galaxy that seemingly explodes at the start of his movie , is evidently still intact during the rest of the movie.

I mean, we see the galaxy dissolve onscreen, so I think we have to just handwave that some tiny fraction of it survived.

Anyway, he's getting destroyed here. The one thing he has going for him, possibly, is that his energy blasts are apparently really goddamn fast, as he's able to destroy a planet that is probably like... at least as far away from him as Mars is from Earth, and that he maybe has the power output to actually do damage. Not that it especially matters, as his personal reaction speed is still well below even later DBZ, so even if it WAS a quickdraw, he'd lose there too.

Lastly, as far as I can recall, Broly takes awhile to get amped up to MAXIMUMER. I would ASSUME the OP intends for him to start out bulked up at least, but I think there's still a fair distance between that and "oops I accidentally a whole galaxy"
