I'm amused that what did the Life Foundation in was Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Interesting. I did really like Stromm’s last appearance (Peter Parker Spider-Man #27-28) so I hope this does that justice.

Didn't he appear in the Civil War II: Amazing Spider-Man tie-in as a villain whom Peter and Clash teamed up to fight?

Yeah, he did. Been a while since I read it, so I'm fuzzy on some of the details, but Clash ultimately made a deal with Stromm when he figured working at Parker Industries wasn't working out for him.

And before that, he appeared in the Penance: Relentless miniseries, which was also by Paul Jenkins.

Hunh, I'll have to check that out. I know that Jenkins sometimes follows up on stuff from Spider-Man in his other work (IE- Fusion reappeared in a Thor mini-series.)

Really liking Spencer's run so far. It's getting interesting. Like seeing characters like the Looter. Hope to see more of these guys. Spidey is having fun. Peter not so much. Going to get more interesting. Looking forward to the next issue.

It does indeed follow up on Stromm's situation in his PP:SM appearance. Interesting Paul Gulacy art, too.
