So as you've made clear, lots of mecha from several franchises could outmuscle the LOGH universe without much of a problem.

That's because the military might of spaceships is, for the most part, secondary to the main point of the show, rooted in examining political institutions, how people manipulate them, and how people may lose their humanity in pursuit of power.

Remember how Simon in TTGL had a brief period where "Ours is the drill that pierces the heavens" was found to be an inadequate answer to the question "why is my home destroyed and my family dead" after the first Anti-Spiral attack, and Rossiu seized on that to exile him and became a dictator?

That's the sort of thing Reinhardt and Oberstein do on a weekday.
