Cuckoos are the antagonists of the current x-23 book and they appeared in xmen gold and generation x (what happened in those 2 books is in the past, in relation to what is happening now in x-23).

That's true, though they're an affiliated team. Hepzibah was part of the X-Roster for a while there though.
