Superman and Lois Lane are joining the CW Fall crossover

A little more information on Superman's role in things - he's recently returned from Argo and gone on a journey of sorts; there's discussion of "the story we wanted to send Clark on in this crossover", which along with the mention that Superman was apparently approved for the crossover prior to everyone even sitting down to fully plot it out suggests on top of what we've seen before that he really is a central figure here, rather than an ancillary support to Supergirl/Flash/Green Arrow. Also, Lois wasn't originally planned for this, but as they figured out what they wanted to do with Superman they realized Lois needed to be there for it to work.

So regarding Gotham's role in the crossover, spoilers:

it turns out Batman DID exist on Earth-1, but vanished about 3 years ago and Gotham's fallen apart in the interim until Batwoman appears; Batman was close enough to an urban legend that Oliver's skeptical he actually existed (and implicitly unhappy about the competition), while Barry's immediate #1 priority once they go to Gotham is wanting to meet Batman. Given Gotham exists on Earth-38 and it's been repeatedly made clear that Superman's teamed up with that Earth's Batman, I'm curious what his take on the situation will be.

Looks like Supergirl never came to Earth in that universe. Or she was the one who was killed triggering Superman's turn to the dark side.

Amell has his own vineyard and wine club, Nocking Point. His wine isn't half bad either, though it's a little pricey for the club. They've named wines after his celebrity friends a couple of times, so maybe they're doing one with him.

I do wonder if the end result is the Supergirl and Arrow Earth's permanently combined somehow, but our heroes are aware that things were previously different. I mean we do get a Monitor in this thing after all...
