I'm okay with the hood, but something different could have been done with the mask or something to better differentiate it from GA's costume. Plus there's a lot of unneeded looking straps or whatever those are on the arms.

Cool looking costume. I'm wondering about those bolts strapped to his leg. Will he be carrying a crossbow for a back-up like some soldiers carrying a sidearm along with a rifle?

I hope that they explain how exactly he became expert archer guy in the finale. He went from barely being able to draw the bow back properly to being a damn good marksmen VERY quickly. Oh and the costume looks really cool, I cannot wait to see what Thea's "Dark Archer Jr" costume looks like.

About time. Running around in just a plain hoodie has been bothering me for the better part of season 2. Especially since Oliver made such a specific effort to get more into the costume part of costumed vigilante.

His costume looks cool to me. Is he's wearing a back pack; possibly filled with weapons?

If he had red pants then he would have looks too similar to the Flash IMO.

Yay, he has a costume like in the comic books! Surely that will compensate for his lack of personality and charisma.

Still, I guess it does make him a more believable sidekick to Ollie.
