Uh, yeah, of that I think we can be certain.

I saw it as her trying to reach the Mutant man still there, locked deep down inside the monster. To try & bring out his humanity more, through some genuinely warm, and friendly physical contact. I think she sees somethin' in him the others don't, and did it instinctively, with the idea of eXpediting his healing in mind.

Well she kind of did that with Logan, i feel a pattern here , maybe she is into older men that went througth some weird dramatic expirience (althougth in that case Logan was in better state than poor Sean here).

I don't think that she was truly hitting on Sean, as she probably would have done that if it had been Colossus or Alex or one of the others...at least to me...

No, I do not. I focused on the contact, and his reaction to it. Just as a camera might, if it were a filmed scene. But that's just me. I'll have to check the immediate, previous panels tho, to review the flow.

And I do think whatever it made him feel, it might've been what set him off, so to speak:
