Nick - Dick or Tim - My first thought was Dick, but Nick is quieter than Dick so I think of Tim. Still on the fence on this.

Greg - Steph - He's definitely a Robin but Tim and Damian doesn't fit his personality
Brass - Lucius Fox - My first instinct is Gordon but he doesn't snark like Morgan Freeman Lucius

Sara - Talia? - I don't really have a good fit for Sara. Someone who's quiet, hard and skeptical but also can be paired with Bruce. My first instinct is Babs, but people always iffy on that pairing. Grayson version of Helena Bertinelli is second. Then there's Talia. Maybe Talia can work.

Catherine - Kate, Babs or Dick - Both women can confront Bruce when they want but neither of them is that confrontational with Bruce. I think of Dick immediately because he's actually the one that openly confronts Bruce whenever interferes with his team or just does something disagreeable, which something Catherine does on the regular.

Oh and Catherine was a stripper and Dick canonically becomes stripper that one time lol.

There's one blond woman on season 5 that I think fits Selina, but I forgot her name. Immediate sexual tension with Grissom.

I'd say Vicki Vale would qualify but I admittedly know very little about her outside of the Burton movie.

Vicki maybe. The Batman Eternal Vicki is closer to Sara. Other versions, like Miller's version, is more... naughty and the Red Robin version feels more extroverted, tough, but more cheerful than Sara in general.
