I initally was gonna put Selina but character wise, Catelyn feels closer to Kate than Selina. Hard to find perfect matches for everyone, plus since Ned and Cat both die anyway I didn't pay it much mind.

Dick fits Jon much better than Rob. He's the ultimate boy scout of that universe.

Yeah but the difference between Jon and Rob is that Jon's the black sheep and while both can be boy scouts, Jon's story has been about learning that that boy scout/strict honor way of living isn't always the right way. Jason fits that role better, plus the symmetry of them both having to pretend to be "bad guys" and both dying and resurrecting is a nice touch. Dick is generally depicted as the golden son and the first "born" who (while is his own person) follows in his father's (or the family patriarch) footstep; definitely more of a Rob.
