Or he kills out enough reality around them to exploit Jaspers' particular flaw in his powers, then kills him.

Spectre would just do what the Fury did to MJJ.

    EDIT: Blitzed by Pen.

So a fully powered and competent Spectre can take on an adult Franklin Richards and win?

Pretty much, yes. It's not going to be a stomp or anything, as Franklin will put up a good fight.

A fully powered and competent Spectre should be just shy of the presence/TOAA, and by feats probably is the #1 guy. I guess DoV is the top end, smacking around cosmics and whatnot.

yes if he becomes aware of his weakness then he can exploit it but then jaspers may just trigger his wave first or conjure the spear of destiny so it is essentially a quick draw battle.

A couple things here: Spectre and Michael have actually fought in Spectre's own book, and Michael conclusively beat him there.

Spectre also met up with Lucifer Morningstar (on the beach where he was enjoying the sunset) who laughed at the Spectre and then basically told him to eff off, and then The Spectre .... meekly did (remember, this is The Spectre, who does not exactly do diplomacy and resorts to threats as an opening line).

And DC's The Presence does not equal Marvel's The One Above All, at least not in terms of presentation. The Presence admits in Lucifer's book that he himself was also created by outside forces.

The Presence would rank below DC's Monitor-Mind The Overvoid (the Infinite Canvas) who in turn ranks below DC's The Writer (The true equivalent to Marvel's The One Above All: both are the will of their respective publishers).

The Spectre is, at this point, the 9th most powerful DC character ever. At best.

So, who are the other 8 most powerful above Spectre?

Possibly Lady Kronika of Mortal Kombat 11?

    At full power spoilers:
(with her crown fully empowered via the Well of Souls as well as Cetrion absorbed)
end of spoilers, she can spoilers:
    completely rewind time
end of spoilers, and even though while this ability supposedly spoilers:
    cannot affect gods/immortals,
end of spoilers she eventually reveals that she intends to spoilers:
completely write Lord Raiden out of the timeline--in preparation for her "New Era"-- due to his actions which allegedly upset the balance of light and darkness.
    end of spoilers

I am not sure if this could be considered canon by Khazan rules, but spoilers:
when you lose to Kronika in the first round, she takes you and her Hourglass all the way back to the Dawn of Time (which is clearly billions or trillions of years in the past, possibly prior to the Big Bang), and if you lose to her a second time, she "kills" you and prepares to rewrite history to usher in her New Era.
    end of spoilers

Honestly, none of sounds like anything that would make The Spectre even begin to think of possibly, maybe, eventually, some day, having to even consider kinda-sorta starting to slightly pay attention to in order to resist, undo, and obliterate.

Out of curiosity, is it true that the Specter can resist time manipulation that is directed offensively at him? I have never known the Specter to be able to resist offensive time manipulation...

On another note, what about Parallax?

It is said that Parallax is one of (if not) the only entities that The Specter actually is afraid of.

I wonder if Parallax by itself can take on The Specter (in other words, without a host)...

Lmao what. Who even comes up with these crazy lists? People who don't actually read the stories that's who

TOAA has been portrayed as a regular God figure just fine and the Presence has been portrayed as omnipotent before. The Monitor mind has basically zero feats and most of what is ascribed to these "canvases" or "writers" is basically fan fiction from the minds of battle board nerds that have little to do with what happens in the actual comic

    1. The Writer
    2. Monitor-Mind the Overvoid
    3. The Presence
    4. The Great Evil Beast
    5. Perpetua
    6. Mandrakk
    7. Michael
    8. Lucifer
    9. The Anti-Monitor
    10. The Spectre

Perpetua seems like she is easily beyond the Spectre's paygrade, but it's still way too early to make a final call about her.
