If marvel did limited series or one shot of Spider-Man & the outlaws or the rangers as a try-out would you buy it? Would they do well in the right hands? What do you guys think?

I'd definitely get a Rangers miniseries - I've always liked Firebird (and Lightning, who was a member of the latest incarnation of the team), and I have enjoyed the whole group whenever I've encountered them together.
As for the Outlaws...maybe. It would probably depend on the creative team and storyline.

I voted for the Outlaws, only because they already have a relationship with Spidey. Nothing against the Rangers; I might try them, as well -- but they don't scream Spider-Team to me.
Personally, I'd much rather see Spidey become more closely affiliated with either the Slingers or New Warriors, if he's getting a team book.

Funny enough, the Rangers last showed up (to my recollection) in a Spider-Man-related book. Scarlet Spider by Chris Yost, during Kaine's time in Houston, Texas after being healed of his clone degeneration in Spider-Island. They tried to recruit Kaine in issues 7-9, and by the end of that arc, Kaine told them they could go f*** themselves.
As for the Outlaws, if it didn't conflict with Red Hood and the Outlaws (soon to be Red Hood: Outlaw) over at DC, then yeah, I'd love a title like that. It'd probably be the one occasion the web-slinger could legitimately be seen as a leader figure, given that the rest of the team would be (former) villains inspired to turn their lives around, even with some backsliders here and there, by him.The spider is always on the hunt.

I’d love to see Star and Twister get new costumes and maybe even new code names. Red Wolf too since he was replaced by another (dumb).
Add Hardball or another Initiatve recruit to the team.
