The only way Duke wins this is through sheer luck.
Drake should win this pretty easily.

Duke likely takes it, he's got size on him and while he's not as experienced as Tim, he's had the same training from Batman and his powers closes the gap of whatever agility advantage Tim may have. Tim was never a brawler, anyone with decent training should be a match for him. gear is a different story tho.
