I always wondered why Mark had a darker skin tone in the Scooby-Doo The Wild Winds Of Winnonia. Looking trivia in Tv Tropes, apparently Mark was supposed to be Native American...somethi g never mentioned on the show!

Loved Speed Buggy. But like you, I don't remember the show ever mentioning Mark being Native American either.
