there is no good version of this. I could listen to "I've got a bad feeling about this" 100 times and it would probably still be less annoying than even one of these. it's something that appears to only exist in movie scripts. it might be less insufferable and make more sense if I ever heard somebody do this even once in the real world.
followed by:
"I'm not ready for this!" (it's typically bad. but it's especially out-of-character and stupid when Goku-in-name-only says it in "Dragonball: Evolution")
