Netflix-DreamWorks new SHE-RA series -- whattya think?

I've been really warming up to Karen Fukuhara between this series and Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, and I agree. She was wasted as Katana, but then, most of Katana's portrayals in other media save Beware the Batman have her as being silent and rather one-note.

Katana has had it a little bit better in DC Super Hero Girls stuff (beyond the fact that she used to have virtually no lines or presence in the early episodes of the original and was only just recently introduced in the new version).

Although even Young Justice had her as a mute ninja lady. Probably because of their voice acting budget .

Yeah, if it had been a better movie worth following up on who knows what could be done with her. But Outside of Arrow, and Beware the Batman the character hasn't had a lot of luck. I hope she goes on to great things, and that Kipo lasts for as long as it wants to for her sake.
