Yes the Injustice series have canon comic books. Super is basically our regular shoes. Just blood lusted, Kenshironis doomed.

Actually, that was Green Lantern and Captain Marvel who did that.

What Supes DID do was manaaging to push Ganthet AND Mogo into the SUN at very high speed. Granted, he had a Sinestro Corps ring and he was empowered by the fear of billions of Earthlings...
