Some interesting details here:

-Big helmeted "Death Star Trooper" seen here I believe was featured in one of Ron Howard's small leaks from the set. Wonder if Tag and Bink are somewhere in this scene too?

-Han's TIE helmet seems to be a mix between the Clone Trooper pilots from Revenge of the Sith and the later more Stormtrooperish looks from the OT.

-The cruiser is the Arrestor cruiser, based on some old ANH concept art and featured in some of SOLO's merchandise. Now we know where it would've shown up.

-Han refers to Headhunters, which I'm pretty sure are the Z-95 Headhunters featured in many works from the EU, and are part of the Disney canon via Clone Wars (Basically, they're cousins of the X-wings).

Han is clearly wearing a modified Deathtrooper helmet. Not really unheard of when it comes to reusing old molds or extra costume pieces. The chest piece is also the Imperial ground crew chest plate from Scarif seen in Rogue one. I'm not sure of the lower body but considering the placement of the logo and code cylinders we could assume that his pilot uniform is also his standard uniform. A little odd at first, but that is the way the other uniforms work.
The weird thing to me is that the standard tie pilot costume is also seen on Mimban when Han is escaping. This is largely interesting to me because there exists a variant where the standard already exists had this scene ended up in the final film. It's weird because it very easily could've just been Han in the standard outfit considering not only was at least one in Lucasfilm possession but shows up a bit later in the same movie. It's also viewed from behind when the pilot crashes chasing the Millennium Falcon.

The reusing of the Deathrooper helmet is especially stand-out to me. They probably also only made one seeing as how many of the modifications are not symmetrical. They probably used some filler after cutting out the section for Alden's face and slightly altered the grill but I'm not sure where the chin section comes from. The cap and ears is also odd because I checked the various helmets and that's a unique dome and the ears while similar are not the same ones from the OT Ties.

I'm curious about the canonical implications of this particular uniform and what function it had specially on set seeing as the audience clearly knows we are following Han Solo. Seeing his face is kind of unnecessary.

Scene appeared to be a bit of a rough cut-the TIE and cruiser effects in particular look unfinished.

The TIE BTW is the TIE brute also seen later in the film.
