NO I am not. I don't ignore what is on the page that's why I showed you the earlier parts of that issue. In the initial parts of that story she had no clue, clearly you can see that. She fought Viper, defeated her and then went on to fight some more and then her lightning was used against her. She stopped using her powers and then later that scene happened. At first she didn't know.

Her powers are limited only by her will/spirit and her strength of body. Her mind had been through the trauma of breaking her oath as a goddess of life in killing the Broodling inside of her(and leaving herself to die). This also was a spiritual watershed for her. Returning to Earth after all of that, it was more difficult for her to reconnect with the spirit of the earth because she was not yet at ease with her own spirit. The Japanese adventure was the incubating period, the mohawk/punk look the delivery, and by the time she fought Mastermind in 175, she was walking in the new self. That new footing was challenged when she lost her powers in 185. In effect, she had to start all over again and wouldn't find wholeness again until 227, where she regained her powers.
