I know that because I read it in the OHOTMU #10 (1982) years ago.

I, also know that an alternate reality Ororo (alongside 616 Ororo) actually demonstrated said magical skills in the limited series "Magik: Storm and Illyana #1" as well...

But that's neither here nor there... I only asked if "Marvel Tarot #1" specifically stated that Ororo used (uses) magic to invoke Oshtur...

Moreover, just saying that Ororo uses magic to invoke Oshtur isn't saying much -- which is why I posted that pic of Forge actually performing magic -- something we have yet to see Storm of Earth 616 emphatically do... Other than that I never doubted your facts.
