I could totally have accepted Storm as Jean's liason to Wakanda. She could have even read T'Challa's mind and reveal his secret. Although he decreed the marriage to be annulled, Bast never gave her consent for the marriage to be over. In her infinite wisdom she saw that the destruction of their union would cause great civil unrest. And it explains why there are still Wakandan citizens that are loyal to her. It's also reflected in World's Apart. Although the army turned on her, there were still counselors loyal to the throne that spoke nothing but truth in her defense. Nowhere was it shown or implied that ALL of Wakanda turned on her.

My only nitpick is the open toed boots and the sash which in all honesty is Jean's trademark so it should be on her person. I would feel the same way ifJean showed up wearing Storm's headpiece. Overall it is a great design IMO, especially with the headpiece made into a design on her top. Fingerless gloves are always a plus for me but i'd like to see Storm sport some wonderwoman-esque bracelets

As much as I would dig this team for a variety of reasons.. I cant help but think.. WHy is storm the solo person of color in almost ever X team.. Damn.. Swap out X -23 and Kurt for Blink and Warpath.
