If Storm would have pulled out some crazy attacks against him...something like when the Phoenix force fought Galactus...I'm pretty sure we would be having different conversation.

Yes your right, but TECHNICALLY we kinda still in 616. Only thing thats changed are new heroes in the universe and a good handful of Cosmic Abstracts are dead.

I have no interest in seeing this WHATSOEVER. If Marvel wants her kids to have special powers, let it have something to do with controlling plant life or being able to communicate with animals while taking on animal forms or something. Leave the forces of nature to Storm so she stays unique! I don't want a slew of kids who can control the elements like you have a whole slew of TP/TK Jean children.

So, yeah, Ororo beat Adversary whike Kitty's airplane did more damage to that being in Gold 25 than Stormcaster.

Also, if you look, Adversary was not instantly pushed through the portal in the first panel. He stood against it and then was overwhelmed:

In other words, Storm's power level towered over Adversary's, hence he could not withstand her attack. This is why she beat him in two or three panels. He even cries, "Noooooo!!!" in the next to last panel on the page because he was helpless to overcome her power.
