Sounds like Red is ending. The Uncanny solicits don't fill me with hope.

Agreed. Laughably bad. This is like that horrible "Apocalypse War" story they did awhile back.

Oh, well. At least I have X-Force, even if it does feature Kid Cable (ugh). The variant covers for issue #1 look pretty good, though, even if they do make it look like Kid Cable is on the team and not actually their target. Return of Wolverine and X-23 look decent too.

Right now, though, I'm starting to think this group of editors and creators may not be an improvement over the last. Sure, they sent the O5 home and brought back Uncanny X-men and X-Force, but a weird rehash of Age of Apocalypse with X-man as Jesus and then an X-man looking twink Cable headlining X-Force are hardly inspiring confidence that this crew has any idea what the fans actually want. *sigh*

Yeah, I don't know how a bunch of writers sat down together and this was the best they could come up with. I was excited for Uncanny, but now that I'm seeing some imagery and some story bites about what it may be, I'm not too sure about this....

16 X-Men, 2 Fantastic Four, Ms. Marvel, Runaways, 2 Champions, Squirrel Girl. Those are my Marvel Books in December. Yeah, X-Men takes most of my money every month! Lol.

And of course I only get 1 DC book and that’s Scooby Apocalypse!

There was a time and place for such a story and it was after Second Coming and before Avx. It seemed logical at the time. With Bishop concerns about Hope and all.
