Absolutely not. Much like tattoos and piercing (more-so than tattoos and piercing TBH as it's more invasive), it's something you should have done willingly when you're old enough to make your own decisions.

Ok, so I thought I had heard that same fact, so I looked it up (using a very carefully worded google search, lol) and there have been several studies that concluded it does indeed reduce the risk of transmission and the CDC and WHO are saying this as well. It's not a 100% but it does appear to be significant...Interesting
