So I'm looking on Lonestar's comic book website and it lists Hell on Earth #100 as "Return of the Master Pt.3", but where are parts 1 and 2?

IIRC the numbering on the covers started at #100, for the 3rd part. The previous stories are referenced by the name of the arc and the numbered according to it 1 of 5, 2 of 5... even if inside the book could be read things like "99th issue in a series or something like that.- To Tammy and the Blue Rose !
