I don’t keep up with this guy but every time someone posts something Claremont says he sounds incredibly passive agressive, disrespectful, sarcastic, and generally just unhappy with everything. Poor thing.

I think this is a great point. It seems sometimes people take character adversity as the writer not liking them. I feel the opposite. When a writer puts a character through the wringer it seems like they want them to grow- a good thing. Originally Posted by Shadowcat

He's respected enough to act however he wants on the internet and Marvel won't say a thing, unlike newer writers who probably have to be more careful. It's not like they've been any good to him in the past few years. Originally Posted by Grey
