Asking for no particular reason whatsoever
I am pretty sure they already did, I mean we have details of Jessica Jones and Luke Cage sex life. Mature series isn't anything new. If you are asking if we are going to Spiderman or Iron man Junk probably not
Well, the Epic and Max lines were akin to Black Label in that both were created to house "mature reader" content that wouldn't be appropriate for the main line.
So, Marvel's already been there. Whether they will do it again, who knows? I guess the bigger question is would they do something that emulates the pricier, magazine-style format and my feeling is that they probably wouldn't.
As for Black Label itself, it seems like peak DC to me, and not in a good way. Damned is a beautiful looking book but it seems aimed at the fifteen year old comic reader (or the adult who still thinks like a fifteen year old) - meaning that Damned is superficially dark in an almost cartoonish way and runs through a checklist of edgy material. You've got (as we all know) some nudity, and there's also swearing, violence, and blasphemous religious imagery.
It all looks so gorgeous, thanks to Bermejo's art and the slick, oversized format, that I was seriously tempted to pick it up. But the content is so silly, I had to leave it on the shelf.
It seems to be like a comic for people who desperately want to shock their mothers, you know? Like, "Yeah, mom, check it out - the comics I'm into are dark! You think you could handle this comic? Well, forget it - it'd just mess you up!"
Even "Black Label" sounds like it's aimed at kids trying hard to be grown up. Like "Hey, if you're too young for Johnnie Walker Black Label, you can still feel like a man with Black Label comics!"

I decided a long time ago to never buy a book based on whether I could make a buck on it down the line. Unless I genuinely want to read it and support it, I don't buy it.
Not a great financial strategy, maybe, but I feel like I'm putting my money towards books I care about.
They did it already. That's pretty much what the MAX Line was.
They've done it a few times, but now that they are owned by Disney the current comics are as dark as it will ever get for obvious reasons
The J-man
Doesn't Marvel still occasionally do a "Mature-Readers" or Max-esque books every now and then?
I'm pretty sure that's still the case with Jessica Jones.

I sincerely hope that marvel does not try to copy anything DC is doing at the moment. The professor hit the nail on the head regarding DC’s god awful black label.
