Re: The Terrible Trio - According to Matthew K. Manning's The Batman Files, the Trio's full names are Bedford Fisk (Fox), Lindsey Volper (Vulture), and Sherman Shackley (Shark). This is the post-Infinite Crisis version reintroduced to Batman lore in Detective #832. I believe this is the only source to state the first names of Fox and Vulture, though I think they all had different names pre-Crisis.

In the entry for the Terrible trio from Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe Vol. XXIII (January 1987), no identities were given for the three.

In Batman Family #7 (September-October 1976), Dr. Double X was featured as the "Villain of the Issue".

The story had first appeared in Detective Comics #261 (November 1958).

And Dr. Double X's entry from Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe Vol. VI (August 1985)

These days, he's shown up in Arkham City: The Order of the World.

My favorite Dr. Double X story is from WORLD'S FINEST COMICS #276.
    Great cover by George Perez.

Plus they got rid of those dumb looking shorts he wore in his 2 Silver Age appearances.
    Pants make the man.

Quite a few of these villains show up briefly in The Batman & Scooby-Doo! Mysteries #12.

And a few more also appear on later pages.

In Batman Family #8 (November-December 1976), The Spinner was featured as the "Villain of the Issue".

The story had first appeared in Batman #129 (February 1960).

Not aware of any other appearances of this character beyond the occasional reprinted story. . .

Batman Family #9 (January-February 1977) had the original Blockbuster (Mark Desmond) as the "Villain of the Issue".

The story had first appeared in Detective Comics #349 (March 1966).

There was no "Villain of the Issue" feature in Batman Family #10, and starting with issue #11 the comic book dropped the reprinted stories and had all-new material.
(That was also when the "Bureau of Missing Villains" feature began.)
